嚴重打結的寵物需要額外時間及精力處理，因此將收取額外費用。
風險告知：在解毛過程中，特別是毛結靠近皮膚的情況下，有可能發生意外割傷。本人雖受過專業訓練並盡力預防，但解毛工作本身需使用利器，存在一定風險。
長期積累的毛結會越來越緊，可能勒住皮膚甚至撕裂皮膚，同時藏污納垢，滋生黴菌、細菌，引起皮膚問題。嚴重情況下，可能需要全部剃除。
解毛後，寵物可能出現皮膚痕癢、泛紅、自行抓刮，甚至部分毛髮無法正常再生，或短暫出現行為改變。
Pets with severe matting require additional time and effort, so an extra fee will apply.
Risk Acknowledgment: During dematting, there is a risk of unintentional nicks or cuts, especially where mats are close to the skin. I am highly trained and take every precaution, but dematting involves sharp tools and carries inherent risks.
Mats left untreated grow tighter over time, cutting off circulation and potentially tearing the skin. They can trap moisture and bacteria, causing fungal or skin conditions. In severe cases, the coat may need to be fully shaved down.
After dematting, pets may show itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritation, slower coat regrowth, or brief behavioural changes.

I love caring for pets of all ages. However, grooming senior pets (10 years and above) carries inherent health risks. I cannot be held responsible if a senior pet passes away or experiences a health event during a grooming session.
I recommend consulting your veterinarian about your senior pet's suitability for grooming before booking.

If your pet has aggressive tendencies or has bitten previously, you must inform me prior to booking.
I reserve the right to use a muzzle, or to refuse or stop the grooming session if your pet poses a risk to my safety.

It could be stress from an unfamiliar environment — but it could also be something less visible: the hygiene standards inside some pet salons aren't always what they appear from the outside.
Having worked in pet salons myself, I've seen things that would concern most pet owners:
・Grooming tools used on one dog without proper sanitising before the next
・Inadequate cleaning after toileting accidents, or overly harsh disinfectants used in the space
If one dog carries a virus, healthy dogs — or those with weaker immune systems — can easily be affected.
